From the north:

Route 81 South to Route 481 South. Get off 481 S at the Fayetteville Exit (3E). This will put you on Route 5 (East Genesee Street) heading east, toward Manlius. The second traffic light from the exit, you will pass Wegmans on your left.  One and one half blocks past that traffic light, you will see a sign on the left (same side as Wegmans) for Animal Dental Specialists.  We share a driveway with VisionWorks.

From the south:

Route 81 North to Route 481 North Exit (DeWitt).  Get off at Route 481 North at the Fayetteville Exit.

Take the New York State Thruway west toward Rochester and Buffalo.  Get off at the 34A Exit (Route 481, DeWitt). After the tollbooth, follow signs for Route 481 South.  Get off 481 S at the Fayetteville Exit (3E).  This will put you on Route 5 (East Genesee Street) heading east, toward Manlius.
