We remain committed to providing the highest quality care for patients and clients during the COVID-19 outbreak. In the interest of all of our clients and staff, our team requests that any client who is exhibiting flu-like symptoms (including but not limited to fever, cough or breathing difficulties) refrains from coming to our hospital.
As always, we maintain a rigorous disinfecting routine in our hospital and ask that you follow the CDC’s guidelines regarding preventing the spread of COVID-19 through the avid use of hand sanitizer and proper handwashing protocols.
As of 5/18/2020, at the direction of our governing bodies, we are lifting our restrictions regarding the types of appointments we are seeing. All types of appointments are now able to be scheduled. We will continue the following modifications to our protocols:
- Converted to a “closed lobby” in our hospital, meaning only staff members will be allowed to enter our building. Clients are being asked to wait in their car during appointments and communicate with staff within the hospital via phone (315-445-5640) or text message (315-400-2406).
- Payment will only be accepted via telephone or our website. No cash or checks accepted at this time.
